Why WeGather
You've been running on empty, holding it together, performing “fine.” Your nervous system is begging for a different kind of space. One where you don't have to explain yourself. Where softness is the strength. Where your body gets to lead.
🌊
Leave feeling calmer, softer, and more grounded than you have in months. This is what safety in your body actually feels like.
🔥
Not a curated wellness moment. Real breath. Real release. Real tears if they come. Real laughter if it follows.
🌙
Underneath the to-do lists, the roles, the responsibilities — there's a woman in there. She's been waiting for you to slow down.
🤝
A room of women who get it. No small talk. No performance. Just the kind of sisterhood that makes you exhale.
🌿
Every gathering is rooted in cyclical wisdom — honoring where you are in your rhythm, not where you think you should be.
✨
Not just a vibe — a practice. Something you can carry into your week, your home, your body. Every single time.
“Women heal faster in community. Not in isolation. Not through another course. Through real presence, shared breath, and the kind of sisterhood that doesn't require you to perform.”
— Gigi Hunt
The energy
Think barefoot. Think slow. Think the kind of exhale you haven't had in months. This is what it looks like when women choose presence over performance.
Real Women. Real Words.

Part of something bigger
WeGather is a branch of The Cyclical Woman — a movement rooted in the belief that women were never meant to operate on a 24-hour clock. We are cyclical beings. Our energy, creativity, patience, and power shift with our biology. And when we learn to work with that rhythm instead of against it — everything changes.
01
The symptoms you've been managing — the fatigue, the rage, the overwhelm — aren't flaws. They're signals. Your nervous system is asking for a different rhythm.
02
Before you can sync with your cycle, you need a nervous system that feels safe. Safety first. Strategy second. That's the order that actually works.
03
You weren't designed to push at the same pace every day. When you honor your cycle, you stop surviving and start living with intention, power, and flow.

Your Host
Registered Nurse. Certified neuro-somatic practitioner. Cycle & flow mentor. A woman who knows what it's like to feel completely disconnected from her own body — and what it takes to come back.
After her own journey through burnout, PCOS, and 50+ lbs of disconnection, Gigi built The Cyclical Woman to help other high-achieving women stop white-knuckling through their cycles and start feeling safe in their bodies.
WeGather is where that work comes alive — in person, in community, in your body.
